High voltage power lines are hard to inspect. Every pylon,insulator and every screw must be in good condition. To take up a crew in a manned helicopter is not needed when you have a rotary UAV. Steadicopter's Black Eagle 50 inspects high voltage power lines with ease, sending live data to the Electric Power Company for inspection.
